Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

Overview

At NutriFreeze Naturals, we take pride in delivering premium-quality freeze-dried fruits, vegetables, herbs, teas, powders, and natural food products. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we follow strict food safety and quality standards.

Please read our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • The product must be in the same condition in which it was received.

  • The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, safety, and food-quality reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Opened or partially consumed products

  • Freeze-dried fruits after opening the package

  • Freeze-dried vegetables after opening the package

  • Herbal products after opening the package

  • Tea products after opening the package

  • Fruit, vegetable, or herbal powders after opening

  • Products with damaged packaging caused by the customer

  • Products stored improperly after delivery

  • Promotional, clearance, or free gift items


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • A leaking or compromised package

  • An incorrect item

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the outer package

  • Photos of the product

  • Description of the issue

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • Full or partial refund

at our sole discretion.


Quality Concerns

If you believe a product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Our quality team may request:

  • Product photographs

  • Batch information

  • Packaging images

  • Additional details regarding storage conditions

Claims may be rejected if products have been stored contrary to the storage instructions provided on the packaging.


Return Process

To initiate a return request:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Supporting photographs (if applicable)

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Exchanges

For food safety reasons, direct exchanges are not offered.

If a replacement is approved, NutriFreeze Naturals will ship the replacement item without requiring a new order.


Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Banks and payment providers may require an additional 5–10 business days to reflect the credit.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable except when:

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product arrived damaged.

  • The product was defective upon arrival.

Approved return shipping costs may be reimbursed after verification.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Customers may contact us immediately after placing an order if changes are required.


Food Safety Notice

Our freeze-dried fruits, vegetables, herbs, teas, and powders are food products intended for consumption.

For safety and quality reasons:

  • Store products in a cool, dry place.

  • Reseal packages immediately after use.

  • Avoid moisture exposure.

  • Follow all storage instructions printed on the packaging.

NutriFreeze Naturals cannot accept responsibility for quality deterioration caused by improper storage after delivery.
